Barista

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista/Senior Barista who can craft exceptional coffee, deliver great customer experiences, and contribute to a positive café environment. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and have a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual-brew beverages
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards
• Engage with customers warmly and provide product recommendations
• Handle billing, order-taking, and POS operations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and café area
• Manage daily prep, stock rotation, and inventory levels
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and café SOPs
• Train and support junior baristas (for Senior Barista role)
• Assist with café openings, closings, and daily checklist execution

Requirements:

For Barista:

• 6 months–2 years of experience in a café or coffee environment
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

For Senior Barista:

• 2–4 years of barista experience with strong technical skills
• Ability to lead the bar, train new staff, and maintain quality standards
• Knowledge of equipment calibration and basic troubleshooting
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
