Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Chandigarh, India. As a Barista, you will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, prepare coffee and other beverages to Blue Tokai standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will contribute to creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers while upholding the company’s commitment to quality and consistency in its offerings.

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create positive customer relationships
• Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices
