👨🍳 Ability to manage a section independently and work with SOPs

– Oversee daily production of assigned bakery/pastry items
– Ensure consistency, hygiene, and presentation across all outputs
– Support junior staff and collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Baker
– Maintain inventory and uphold food safety standards
