Job Description: All-Rounder Chef – Café

Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and versatile All-Rounder Chef who can independently manage café-style menus, maintain high food quality, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in multi-cuisine cooking, quick service items, and café specials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute all café menu items with consistency and quality.
• Handle Indian, Continental, and fusion dishes as required.
• Prepare mise-en-place and ensure the kitchen is set for service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Manage inventory, storage, and daily ordering of vegetables and supplies.
• Ensure portion control and minimize wastage.
• Assist in menu improvements and new recipe development.
• Coordinate with front-of-house team for smooth service.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
