Job Title: Senior Accountant

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/trading environment
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and supervising the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and team coordination. The role demands a high degree of accuracy, financial discipline, and strategic insight to support the organization’s financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Maintain general ledger and ensure timely month-end/year-end closures.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis.
• Handle audits (internal, statutory, tax) and coordinate with external auditors.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants and ensure proper delegation of tasks.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and government bodies.
• Monitor internal financial controls and suggest process improvements.

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS).
• Strong command over accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
