Job Title: Account Manager

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and resolve client concerns proactively.
• Track account metrics, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams for seamless client servicing.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
