Sr. Account Executive

Job Objective:

To manage and oversee the accounting operations of the organization with a focus on accuracy,

compliance, and timely reporting. The role involves handling general ledger transactions,

reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring efficient financial operations. Candidates with

experience in manufacturing organizations and SAP will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and

general ledger entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory

requirements.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial transactions in SAP.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Train junior accounting staff on processes, SAP usage, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in SAP (mandatory) and MS Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting / Finance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Male candidate with experience in manufacturing accounting.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience with hands-on SAP experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
