Roles & Responsibilities: Guide the team on Scrum principles and Agile best practices. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-prepared and prioritized product backlog. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions. Identify and eliminate impediments or escalate them as needed. Promote continuous improvement and help teams measure their performance (velocity, cycle time, etc.). Support agile adoption and maturity across teams and the organization. Foster transparency, communication, and collaboration within the team and stakeholders. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values and principles. Track and communicate team metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Experience Required: 7 - 9 years of overall IT industry experience. 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Strong experience in facilitating Agile/Scrum practices across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Agile principles, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. Experience in managing team dynamics, promoting collaboration, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Education: Any Graduation.
