Product Manager cum scrum master

Role & responsibilities

Product Management Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-release enhancements. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; define product vision and strategy. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and support to define and deliver product features. Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional requirements. Work closely with sales teams to understand customer pain points and improve product-market fit. Scrum Master Responsibilities Facilitate all Agile ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Remove impediments and ensure the development team remains focused and productive. Drive continuous improvement and coach teams on Agile best practices and Scrum principles. Serve as a servant-leader and advocate for Agile values across product and development teams.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in product management, Agile delivery, or product specialist roles. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks. Proven experience in customer engagement, pre-sales, or solution selling is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business features. Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, B2B products, or enterprise technology solutions. Familiarity with product analytics and tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Power BI. Background in sales enablement, GTM planning, or customer success is advantageous.
