Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Splunk Admin, located in Ahmedabad and Bangalore. The Splunk Admin will be responsible for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Splunk applications to ensure system reliability and performance. Key tasks include monitoring system health, creating dashboards, supporting queries, and implementing best practices for security and compliance. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational data analysis and reporting needs.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to work effectively with stakeholders and provide user support
Proficient analytical skills to assess and interpret data within Splunk and solve system performance challenges
Experience with administrative assistance, including system configuration, maintenance, and updates
Knowledge of finance-related processes and understanding of budgeting or financial systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
