Splunk Admin

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Splunk Admin located in Ahmedabad. The Splunk Admin will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Splunk infrastructure. The role includes monitoring system performance, ensuring data accuracy and quality, and creating dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders. Troubleshooting, ensuring system security, and providing support for Splunk-related issues are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with teams and provide assistance to stakeholders
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve system issues efficiently
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to manage systems, logs, and user access within the Splunk platform
• Basic knowledge or experience with Finance-related data is a plus
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Splunk Administrator or working with similar systems is preferred
