Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop technical specifications for construction chemical products like waterproofing, flooring, repairs, etc. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with architects, consultants, government departments, industries, developers and other influencers and key decision-makers in the construction industry. Conduct business development activities to promote company's products in the market. Prepare technical presentations to communicate product benefits to clients and stakeholders. Provide technical support to customers through in-person visits, phone and emails. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in specification management or related field (construction chemicals, technical sales). Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) with specialization in Civil. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards for waterproofing applications. Excellent communication skills for effective presentation preparation and delivery.
