Manager - Talent Development & Learning

Individual Contributor (IC) role

• Design and deploy a

  adult learning principles, instructional design, competency modeling, and learning measurement

• Experience working in

  retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries

  is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to

  operate independently as an IC

  while influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives

• MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelors/masters degree

  in Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field

• Strategic thinking:

Selection Process

3. Assignment (7-10 days):

   Real-world business case requiring you to design a learning intervention or solve a strategic challenge

4. Assignment Presentation & Discussion (In-Person):

   Present your solution and defend your approach with senior stakeholders at our Jaipur office

5. Final In-Person Discussions (2-3 hours):

   Meet with cross-functional leaders and senior management to assess strategic fit, collaboration style, and leadership potential
