We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer exposure in corporate to join our team. The Sales Trainer will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to our sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Consultative selling, B2B or B2C Sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring others and familiar knowledge in Digital Marketing exposure. Please share your updated resume to d.arpitha@marketstar.com Role & responsibilities Have detailed knowledge and hands on experience in Digital Marketing processes Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees. Prepare learning materials for programs. Develop onboarding programs for new employees. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs. Research new teaching methods. Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc. Support and mentor new employees Keep attendance and other records Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement Monitor employee performance and response to training Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to identify gaps in skills. Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches. Excellent organizational skills. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills Critical thinking and decision making Must Have Skills: Exposure to digital marketing. Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal). Ability to manage new hire batches. Attrition Control, Shrinkage Control. TNI, Content Creation for Training Delivery. Stakeholder Management.
