Job Description

Below are the key responsibilities and skills required for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central Learning and Development programs
Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates
Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects
Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements

Key Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently
Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability
Collaborative team player with a growth and learner mindset
Comfortable working with data and analytics for program decisions
