Specialist, Orchestration Client Management

As a member of the Client Management team at Standard Chartered in Chennai, IN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure excellent client service - Driving process execution and operational efficiency - Providing support on documentation matters to Client Management and Relationship Managers - Managing client requirements and identifying opportunities for streamlining and automation - Ensuring compliance with internal policies, credit policies, and regulatory requirements In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be involved in people and talent management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
