Job Summary Experience: 7+ years in IT with strong exposure to design, development, maintenance, and production support. Model: Offshore delivery experience across stages. Primary Skill: Synon, Cobol Technical Skills Languages: RPG III/IV, RPGLE (Free Format), COBOL400, CLLE, SYNON, SQL400. Systems: IBM AS400/System i, DB2400, CLP, Turnover, HAWKEYE. Tools: FTP/SFTP, Message Queues, IFS, QDLS. Processes: Strong in unit testing, change management, modernization concepts. Responsibilities Handle production fixes end-to-end including analysis, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with SMEs, Tech Leads, and BAs for defect reproduction and technical design. Own technical landscape and build knowledge repositories for offshore teams. Perform root cause analysis and report to offshore managers. Educate team to prevent recurring bugs. Requirements Minimum 5 years in AS400 applications. Experience in full SDLC, enhancement, support, and implementation. Strong analytical and programming skills in RPG and CL.
