Role Description Job Title: Senior CLM Consultant / Specialist Experience: 8 to 12 Years Location: Any UST Location Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior CLM Consultant with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, especially Icertis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration, REST/SOAP API integrations, and ERP/CRM systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable contract management solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems into Icertis CLM. Integrate CLM with ERP and CRM systems using REST and SOAP web services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze contract management requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to development and implementation teams. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CLM, API integrations, and data flows. Required Skills & Experience 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in CLM implementations, preferably with Icertis. Strong expertise in data migration methodologies and tools. Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful and SOAP-based API integrations. Solid understanding of ERP and CRM systems and their integration points with CLM platforms. Experience with contract management workflows, compliance, and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
