The role requires you to systematically develop and promote technology solutions to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your key responsibilities include developing technical solutions that align with business requirements within your area of expertise, ensuring IT requirements are met while maintaining service quality with cost-effective solutions, setting FAST goals and providing feedback to mentees, being innovative and technically sound in project analysis, upholding standards and best practices, mentoring developers for growth, conducting peer reviews, and leading technical assessments for hiring candidates to developer roles. You will be measured based on adherence to engineering processes and standards, productivity standards, schedule adherence, completion of mandatory trainings/certifications, innovativeness, maintaining quality standards, adherence to project schedules, identifying technical issues, defects in code, defects post delivery, noncompliance issues, completion of mandatory compliance trainings, and adherence to organizational policies and processes. Your expected outputs include independently developing code, maintaining best coding practices, implementing and monitoring configuration processes, creating and reviewing unit test cases with 100% code coverage, signing off templates, checklists, and guidelines, creating design documentation, contributing to module level development, consuming and contributing to project-related documents, assisting in resolving complex technical problems, managing problem management activities, reviewing and maintaining standards and documentation, proactively identifying solutions for technical issues, estimating project effort, evaluating test results, breaking down complex problems, setting goals for self and team, creating impactful technical presentations, following business etiquette, driving conference calls with customers, working under pressure, building confidence with customers, and showcasing deep knowledge in the specialist area. Key Skills required for the role include proficiency in Snowflake, ETL, and AWS platforms.
