Job Description

As a Data Analyst in the HR department, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data related to various aspects such as employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, training and development, attrition, and retention. Your role will involve developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that offer actionable insights to leadership and HR teams. By performing statistical analysis, you will identify trends, correlations, and patterns within the employee data. In this position, you will also focus on measuring and tracking key HR metrics to provide valuable insights on workforce trends and business outcomes. Collaboration with HR teams is essential to ensure data-driven decisions in areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Your role will involve close collaboration with HR stakeholders to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis. Presenting findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology is crucial to excel in this role. The ideal candidate should have experience with data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, and other relevant tools. Proven experience in system upgrades, integrations, and project management will be advantageous in this role.,
