Your role will involve close collaboration with HR stakeholders to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis. Presenting findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology is crucial to excel in this role. The ideal candidate should have experience with data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
