The SPE-Customer Service PR role is designed for individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service travel management and proficiency in MS Excel. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Implement best practices in customer service to achieve high levels of customer retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies for service improvement.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest customer service techniques and tools.
  • Support the development of customer service protocols to streamline operations.

  • Qualifications
