Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on delivering high-quality service you will play a crucial role in maintaining our companys reputation. This is a work-from-home position with rotational shifts requiring proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders promptly and accurately ensuring all details are correctly captured.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Utilize company systems to track and manage customer interactions and orders.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service operations.
Adapt to rotational shifts to meet the needs of our global customer base.
Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring a positive customer experience impacting customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications

Possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer inquiries and order processing.
Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Show ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
Display adaptability to rotational shifts to support global operations.
Have basic knowledge of order entry processes and customer service best practices.
