Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize basic workforce management skills to optimize service delivery and maintain efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions for service enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Possess basic workforce management skills to support efficient service operations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Show attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Display problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and recommend solutions.
  • Have experience or knowledge in the payer domain is a plus.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification.
