Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and claims resolutions for future reference.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on customer interactions and claims data.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all customer service activities.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for new team members to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve customer service efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall team performance.
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends to maintain service excellence.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling claims with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and improve service processes.
  • Have experience in a customer service role preferably in a claims-related environment.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and night shifts ensuring flexibility in service delivery.
  • Display a customer-centric approach prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be familiar with industry regulations and compliance standards related to claims and customer service.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
