Role Description: Spa Manager (Luxurious Clubhouse of Hyderabad)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead operations at our luxury spa & salon located within a luxurious Clubhouse in Hyderabad with 54 in-built hotel rooms & suites. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day functions of the spa & salon, including team supervision, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of spa & salon professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure adherence to brand standards in service quality, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Oversee inventory control, vendor coordination, and procurement
• Develop and manage budgets, operational costs, and performance metrics
• Drive customer satisfaction through personalised service and client relationship management
• Collaborate with club management and internal teams to ensure seamless service integration
• Implement strategies for business growth and service innovation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa & salon management, preferably in luxury hospitality environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in inventory control and budgeting processes
• Deep understanding of skincare, beauty treatments, and wellness services
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the spa, hospitality, or broader wellness industry is highly preferred
