Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Spa Manager located in Mussoorie. The role involves overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery, managing staff, maintaining high-quality standards in spa services, and implementing budget management strategies. The Assistant Spa Manager will play a key role in providing support to the Spa Manager and ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Spa Management and Skin Care services
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for spa operations
• Excellent organisational and team management abilities
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet performance targets
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or wellness management is preferred
• Professional certifications in spa or wellness management are a plus
