Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Assistant Spa Manager. The Assistant Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include leading the spa team, managing customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting budgeting and inventory management. The role requires maintaining standards for skin care treatments and fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Spa Management and Skin Care treatments
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in Budgeting and operational efficiency
• Excellent team leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle on-site operations and work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or a relevant field is a plus
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness center environment preferred
