Assistant Spa Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the wellness center, ensure seamless guest experience, and lead the team with motivation and discipline. The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, and passionate about wellness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with guests professionally over call & in person
• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Create, manage & update weekly staff duty schedule / shifts
• Monitor guest bookings, therapy allocations & therapist utilization
• Oversee marketing activities, referral programs & CRM initiatives
• Handle guest feedback / escalations and ensure high service standards
• Check membership renewals, upgrades & billing settlements
• Maintain spa hygiene and ensure compliance with sanitation & wellness standards
• Coordinate with vendors for spa consumables & stock management
• Support training programs for therapists & reception team
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance & revenue reports
• Fill & manage any non-specialized roles during staff absence (reception / customer assistance / billing / appointment management)
• Motivate team to achieve revenue targets, retail sales & customer retention

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
