Role Description: Spa Manager (Luxurious Clubhouse of Hyderabad) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead operations at our luxury spa & salon located within a luxurious Clubhouse in Hyderabad with 54 in-built hotel rooms & suites. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day functions of the spa & salon, including team supervision, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of spa & salon professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences Ensure adherence to brand standards in service quality, hygiene, and safety protocols Oversee inventory control, vendor coordination, and procurement Develop and manage budgets, operational costs, and performance metrics Drive customer satisfaction through personalised service and client relationship management Collaborate with club management and internal teams to ensure seamless service integration Implement strategies for business growth and service innovation Qualifications Proven experience in spa & salon management, preferably in luxury hospitality environments Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in inventory control and budgeting processes Deep understanding of skincare, beauty treatments, and wellness services Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand setting Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field Previous experience in the spa, hospitality, or broader wellness industry is highly preferred Industry: Health, Wellness & Fitness Employment Type: Full-time | On-site | Hyderabad
