Spa Manager

As a Spa Manager at Sanghvi Brands Limited, you will be responsible for leading operations at a luxury spa & salon located within a luxurious Clubhouse in Hyderabad. Your role will involve overseeing all day-to-day functions of the spa & salon to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of spa & salon professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences - Ensure adherence to brand standards in service quality, hygiene, and safety protocols - Oversee inventory control, vendor coordination, and procurement - Develop and manage budgets, operational costs, and performance metrics - Drive customer satisfaction through personalised service and client relationship management - Collaborate with club management and internal teams to ensure seamless service integration - Implement strategies for business growth and service innovation Qualifications: - Proven experience in spa & salon management, preferably in luxury hospitality environments - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficiency in inventory control and budgeting processes - Deep understanding of skincare, beauty treatments, and wellness services - Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand setting - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field - Previous experience in the spa, hospitality, or broader wellness industry is highly preferred Sanghvi Brands Limited is the Master Franchisee for globally renowned lifestyle and wellness brands, operating across India, the Middle East, and the Indian Ocean region.
