Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager. The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest service standards. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth execution of spa treatments, building strong client relationships, managing budgets, and upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards. The Spa Manager will also work on strategies to enhance customer experiences and grow business revenues.

• Strong expertise in Spa Management with the ability to lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient operations.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a premium experience for all clients.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial decision-making to manage spa resources effectively and achieve business objectives.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Skin Care treatments and therapies.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a dynamic work environment.
• Relevant certification or diploma in spa management or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in the wellness industry or luxury spa management is preferred.
