Company Name : Enlink Managed Services Company Website : https://enlinkit.com/ Location : Turbhe , Navi Mumbai Designation : Sourcing Specialist - IT Working Days : Mon - Fri (Sat-Sun Fixed Off) Shift Time : 9 am to 6:30 pm Requirement : Required min 2 to 3 years exp in hiring corporate trainers Good Communication skills Immediate to 15 days joiners Roles & Responsibilities : Define job description and document specifications Posts Job Description in various portals and social platforms To Source senior level, highly specialist trainers for client companies Screens applications of qualified candidates Prepare and update the Recruitment Tracker of all candidates regularly Coordinate Qualified Candidates for Scheduling Interviews Assists and participates in the interview process with managers, directors, and other stakeholders Prepares and manages the Weekly- Recruitment reports in accordance with the timeline Collaborates with the hiring staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, Date of Joining and other pertinent details Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts Administer new employee On-boarding (including document collection) and induction activities Manage Company's HRMS tool Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Head Human Resource Email follow-up related to Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities Performs other duties as assigned by Head Human Resource Interested candidates please reach on HR Sonali - 8879984232 OR Share updated profile on sonali.patne@enlinkit.com
