Building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Assessing candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles. Conducting initial candidate screening and interviews. Drafting and publishing job advertisements. Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and optimize the hiring process. Negotiating with candidates to optimize the hiring process and reduce cost per hire. Procurement/Supply Chain: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers or vendors. Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers. Analyzing market trends and conditions related to sourcing. Developing and implementing supplier risk management strategies. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintaining supplier relationships and communication channels. Monitoring supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building relationships with candidates and suppliers. Negotiation Skills: Crucial for securing favorable terms with suppliers and candidates.
