Sourcing Specialist

Your responsibilities will include selecting and finalizing suppliers for part costing, conducting Zero base costing of Fabrication parts, negotiating supplier agreements and LTAs, analyzing spend, implementing cost reduction strategies such as negotiations, alternate sourcing, VA/VE, and BCC, consolidating suppliers, and leveraging your experience with ERP systems. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, specifically in handling Heavy & medium Fabrication parts. You must also possess expertise in steel procurement, including knowledge of various steel grades and their availability, as well as strong market intelligence regarding fabrication and raw material supplier base. Effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.
