Strong knowledge of signaling systems (e.g., interlocking, ATP, CBTC) and telecommunication equipment. Proven experience in managing installation teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders on large-scale infrastructure projects. Skills & Competencies Excellent project planning, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance standards. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to manage on-site troubleshooting. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with project management and documentation tools.
