Sourcing Specialist

Position:- Sourcing Specialist

Experience:- 1 to 3 years

Location:- Sector, 65 Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and workforce planning needs.

· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.

· Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.

· Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required.

· Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

· Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports to track progress and KPIs.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, diversity goals, and applicable labor laws.

· Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

· Continuously analyze recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.

· Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruitment tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Negotiation and influencing skills.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

· 2–5 years of experience in sourcing/talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy).

· Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels.

· Familiarity with current recruitment trends, employer branding, and market mapping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
