Job Description

Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, and develop potential vendors and suppliers for assigned product categories.
Request and compare quotes to ensure maximum return on investment.
Estimate and establish cost parameters and purchasing budgets.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms to achieve optimal agreements.
Coordinate with suppliers to track incoming inventory and delivery timelines.
Maintain and update supplier databases, including delivery schedules, invoices, and stock quantities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop future purchasing plans and strengthen supplier partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in any of the following fields: Business & Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Skills Required:

Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

A self-driven, techno-commercial mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Interest in developing expertise in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management
