Job Description

Position: AM- Capex Procurement & Development

Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Mechanical

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Handling end to end CAPEX Procurement & New Development activities for manufacturing project.
Source, evaluate, negotiate and finalize supplier for capital equipment.
Manage procurement for Robotic cells, welding cells, SPMs, tooling, fixtures and sheet metal equipment.
Prepare and evaluate techno-commercial comparisons and cost break up.
Perform financial modelling, cost analysis and value engineering.
Coordinate with engineering, Manufacturing, finance and project teams.
Ensure cost competitiveness, Quality and timely commissioning of equipment.
Monitoring supplier performance and resolve commercial issues.
Capex budgeting and cost control
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and DOA.
Prepare MIS reports, presentation and management reviews.
Working knowledge of SAP MM module is Mandatory.
