Job Description

Position: AM- Capex Procurement & Development

Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Mechanical

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handling end to end CAPEX Procurement & New Development activities for manufacturing project.

  • Source, evaluate, negotiate and finalize supplier for capital equipment.

  • Manage procurement for Robotic cells, welding cells, SPMs, tooling, fixtures and sheet metal equipment.

  • Prepare and evaluate techno-commercial comparisons and cost break up.

  • Perform financial modelling, cost analysis and value engineering.

  • Coordinate with engineering, Manufacturing, finance and project teams.

  • Ensure cost competitiveness, Quality and timely commissioning of equipment.

  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolve commercial issues.

  • Capex budgeting and cost control

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and DOA.

  • Prepare MIS reports, presentation and management reviews.

  • Working knowledge of SAP MM module is Mandatory.
