Sourcing Market Data Services

You will be joining the Sourcing Market Data Services team as an Expert, where your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal, client, and supplier stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include conducting market tenders, benchmark activities, and managing evaluations to select suppliers. You will be responsible for sourcing the indirect spend category of Market Data Services on a global scale. Your role will involve leading, preparing, and executing the RF(x) processes, supporting the analysis of proposals, and negotiating deals to achieve optimal commercial, products/services, compliance, and contractual outcomes. Additionally, you will draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions, identify opportunities to improve existing processes, and ensure the smooth operational management of relevant processes to facilitate the ordering and receipt of goods and services. To qualify for this position, you should hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. You must have a solid understanding of Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying processes, along with at least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement and a minimum of 5 years in the specific category of Market Data Services within an international corporate environment. Proficiency in reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts with vendors is essential, as is experience in conducting tenders such as RFI, RFP, and RFQ. Preferred qualifications include specific knowledge of Market Data Services and other professional services, familiarity with risk assessment and contractual management, and strong problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management, and influencing skills. Attention to detail, proficiency in market-leading sourcing tools/systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native, C1 or equivalent) are required, with knowledge of additional languages considered advantageous.,
