Job Summary: The Home Textiles Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for home textile products including bedding, bath linens, window treatments, rugs, cushions, and other soft home furnishings. This role manages vendor relationships, ensures product quality and compliance, negotiates pricing and lead times, and collaborates closely with design, merchandising, and logistics teams to support business goals Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet product, cost, quality, and delivery requirements. Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with global suppliers and Textiles manufacturers, particularly in key sourcing regions Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings and service levels. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality assurance, and responsiveness. Coordinate with design and product development teams to align sourcing efforts with seasonal trends and market demands. Ensure all products meet quality standards, legal requirements, and sustainability goals. Manage sample development, costing, and production timelines. Monitor market trends, raw material prices, and geopolitical factors that may affect sourcing decisions. Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, lead time reduction, and risk mitigation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Textiles, or related field. Above 8+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within the home textiles. Strong knowledge of textile Processes, materials, and global supply chain practices. Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience working with major retail or e-commerce brands. Familiarity with PLM, ERP or sourcing management systems. Multilingual skills, especially in languages relevant to key sourcing regions

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for local sourcing of globally used parts, focusing on Machined, Casted, Fabricated, and Plastic components. Manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, select suitable suppliers, and ensure the approval of First Article Inspection (FAI) for parts. Utilize SAP Work and MS Office to streamline sourcing operations and maintain accurate records. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Tooling; or equivalent practical experience. Consideration will be given to Diploma holders with relevant experience and skills. Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings to facilitate effective sourcing decisions. Key Skills: Proven expertise in sourcing and vendor development across global markets. Strong capabilities in part localization and supplier management. Demonstrated ability to achieve cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of mechanical components and the ability to optimize supply chain processes effectively.
