Sourcing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking two skilled and proactive Sourcing Managers to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in real estate sourcing, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of building and maintaining channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with real estate channel partners

Generate leads and drive project-level market penetration

Develop strategic sourcing plans to meet business goals

Maintain active engagement with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion

Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sourcing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network effectively

Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
