Facilities Manager

Role Overview:

Looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Facility Manager to handle possession processes, resident grievances, electrical meter applications, and overall facility operations at Venus Skky City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate possession handovers for all towers/units

• Conduct snag checks, documentation, and smooth move-in support

• Address and resolve resident grievances through timely follow-ups

• Handle MSEDCL electrical meter applications and utility coordination

• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors

• Ensure upkeep of common areas, building services, and facilities

• Maintain reports, trackers, and compliance records

Requirements:

• 3–7 years experience in facility/possession management

• Strong communication & customer-handling skills

• Knowledge of building services and utilities

• Ability to manage on-ground teams and vendors
