We plan to set up a 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialised segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to monitor all building-related activities for all our facilities/infrastructure at multiple locations. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

You will be responsible for short-term and long-term infrastructure objectives of Sukoon Health. Complete infrastructure projects from beginning to end. Build a support process to utilize third-party vendors to augment support needs and respond to on-location break-fix requests.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.

• Managing the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

• Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

• Review utilities consumption and work on cost minimization.

• Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors/vendors.

• Coordinate and collaborate with team across departments and contractors/vendors to ensure delivery of projects, including schedule, budget, technical and installation oversight.

• Manage all vendors involved in the break-fix support process.

• Evaluate and onboard new vendors as per requirements.

• Create budgets, plans, and business improvement work and keep financial and non-financial records.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
