Sourcing Manager

• A Sourcing Manager in Jaipur for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for acquiring new customers, building channel partner networks, and driving business growth through field sourcing and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for PL, BL, HL, LAP through field visits, digital marketing, references, channel partners (DSA/brokers), and marketing campaigns.
• Onboard and manage channel partners (including DSAs, brokers, and vendor networks) to expand the reach within Jaipur.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly loan sourcing targets, ensuring a steady business pipeline for all product segments.
• Conduct customer meetings, document collection, and application processing for timely conversion and sanctioning of loans.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing from sourcing to disbursal of loans.
• Track competitive activity, market trends, and portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.
• Prepare business development reports/MIS for management, highlighting achievements, targets, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (12th pass minimum, graduates preferred), with 6 months to 2+ years’ experience in loan sales sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for channel development.
• Experience in field sales, lead management, and partner/vendor onboarding preferred.
• Good understanding of loan documentation and regulatory requirements for retail and business loans.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
