Position Overview

We are seeking passionate, self-motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our Real Estate Sales team as Sourcing Managers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in the residential real estate sector by connecting homebuyers with the right properties and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and follow up with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Convert prospects into customers by showcasing suitable residential properties that meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
• Conduct cold calls and attend meetings to promote primary real estate projects.
• Participate in negotiation meetings between buyers and sellers.
• Attend developer meetings and channel partner orientations as required.
• Maintain daily updates and follow-ups on CRM systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA (Preferred)
• 0–6 years of relevant experience in sales or real estate (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive personality with sales and marketing aptitude
• Excellent customer service orientation
• High energy, ownership, and target-driven mindset
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Own conveyance preferred (for client visits and travel)
