AWS Trainer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AWS Trainer to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, mentoring learners, and ensuring high success and certification rates across AWS programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured AWS training sessions (online/offline) under programs like AWS re/Start and other internal initiatives.
• Simplify cloud computing concepts and hands-on labs for learners from varied technical backgrounds.
• Evaluate and mentor learners throughout the course from foundational cloud topics to exam readiness.
• Provide guidance on real-world use cases, career paths, and certification roadmaps (especially AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner & Solutions Architect).
• Coordinate with program managers, L&D teams, and placement teams for seamless delivery and learner progression.
• Continuously upgrade course content as per the latest AWS updates and learner needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate IT experience in cloud computing, infrastructure, DevOps, or related domains.
• At least 2 years of AWS training experience (corporate or academic).
• Strong knowledge of AWS core services: EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.
• Familiarity with Linux, networking, and Python or Bash scripting is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: AWS Certified Trainer / AWS Academy credentials / AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
