Job Summary We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our IT team. The SAP Basis Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning of SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and system integrity. This includes supporting SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and related technologies in a multi-environment landscape. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.) Perform daily system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning. Manage SAP transports and CTS+. Handle user administration, roles, and authorizations. Perform system copies, client copies, and refreshes. Apply SAP kernel upgrades, patches, and Support Packages (SPs). Manage backup and recovery strategies and coordinate with infrastructure teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems. Work with cross-functional teams for integration and technical support. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations are in place. Participate in system upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of SAP Basis administration experience (or as specified). Strong experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, and Solution Manager. Familiarity with HANA DB administration and performance tuning. Experience with OS (Linux/Unix/Windows) and database (Oracle, HANA, SQL) environments. Knowledge of SAP system security, transport management, and SAP OSS. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications SAP Certification in SAP Basis or HANA Administration. Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, RISE with SAP). Exposure to DevOps tools and automation in SAP environment. As a Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the journey of startup founders by offering strategic guidance, domain knowledge, network access, and hands-on advisory. You will collaborate with early-stage startups at various stages of their development — from ideation to go-to-market and scaling. Key Responsibilities Guidance & Advisory: Provide startups with regular mentoring on business planning, product development, customer acquisition, fundraising, and scaling. Strategic Coaching: Help founders identify challenges, refine their business model, and set achievable milestones. Knowledge Sharing: Conduct mentoring clinics, fireside chats, or webinars on relevant topics (e.g., fundraising, GTM, tech stacks, compliance). Network Access: Connect startups to relevant industry contacts, potential partners, investors, and other stakeholders. Progress Reviews: Monitor the progress of assigned startups, evaluate KPIs, and support periodic performance assessments. Collaboration: Work closely with other mentors, subject matter experts, and the incubation team to ensure holistic support to incubatees. Documentation: Maintain logs of mentoring sessions and prepare summary reports or feedback notes on the startup’s growth and challenges. Qualifications & Experience Atleast 8+ years of industry experience, preferably as a founder, investor, CXO, or senior domain expert. Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, lean methodologies, and early-stage business dynamics. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: technology, finance, marketing, product, sales, legal/compliance, fundraising, or operations. Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or advisory roles is highly desirable.
