Free Training - Banking and Insurance

About The Opportunity

• Attend and actively participate in instructor-led sessions (online + in-person labs) covering banking operations, insurance fundamentals, KYC/compliance and customer servicing.
• Complete hands-on exercises and simulated workflows (account opening, loan basics, policy issuance, claims intake) to demonstrate competency.
• Prepare for and pass periodic assessments and final certification to qualify for placement assistance.
• Develop customer-facing skills: effective communication, telephone etiquette, objection handling and basic sales technique for financial products.
• Maintain progress records, submit assignments on time, and collaborate with trainers and placement coordinators for interview readiness.
• Follow attendance, code-of-conduct and data privacy standards during all training and assessments.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• 10+2 / Graduate (any discipline) with the right to work in India.
• Clear spoken English and good written communication; local language proficiency advantageous.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, web navigation) and comfortable with hybrid learning tools.
• Strong customer-service orientation, punctuality and willingness to commit to the full program timeline.
• Preferred
• Prior exposure to customer service, BPO, retail sales, or internship experience in financial services.
• Interest in building a career in banking, insurance sales/operations or relationship management; basic numeric aptitude.
