AWS Cloud Trainer

As an AWS Cloud Trainer at our fast-growing organization in the Cloud Services & Enterprise Technology Training sector, you will play a crucial role in delivering AWS-focused certification programs, corporate upskilling, and hands-on lab experiences across India. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging instructor-led and virtual AWS training, creating and maintaining courseware aligned to AWS exam objectives, and delivering customized corporate training programs to meet learner needs. You will lead hands-on labs and architecture walkthroughs covering key AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, and EKS. Additionally, you will measure training effectiveness, iterate on curriculum based on outcomes and learner feedback, and contribute to scaling training delivery across regions. Your role will also involve mentoring junior trainers, contributing to instructor playbooks, and ensuring learning excellence in all training programs. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience delivering AWS training to professionals and enterprise teams, hold active AWS Certification(s), and possess strong hands-on AWS experience. You should also have the ability to build hands-on labs and demos using CloudFormation or Terraform, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and experience with virtual delivery platforms and LMS tools. Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux, networking, and cloud operations are essential to support live lab environments effectively. Preferred qualifications include experience customizing corporate training for enterprise accounts, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools in AWS, and prior experience in mentoring trainers or developing assessment frameworks.
